ADVERTISERS' CONTRACT

Terms/Conditions/Rates & Agreement
DURATION - 12 Months - 1st December to 30th November

WEBSITE & INTERNET ADS - All ads are automatically placed on www.whatsonintobago.com for period of issue. Clients can navigate their websites via links. Google Search indicates # 1 position for Tobago Events.

WEBALIZER STATS FOR LAST 12 MONTHS approx 250,000 HITS PRINT RUN - 40,000 COPIES
DISTRIBUTION - Placements in airports and other tourism outlets, hotel rooms, villas & guesthouses - FREE to visitors & residents - also at selected sports & entertainment events in Tobago & Internationally at major dive shows and tourism travel markets.

NEW ANNUAL RATES & AD SIZES: Prices in TT $ - Sizes in inches
o Ads must be prepared to the actual size given.
o Artwork can be saved:
1. As an Adobe Illustrator CS2 or lower file (all fonts must be outlined) OR
2. As an Adobe Photoshop EPS file or JPEG file at 300dpi OR
3. As a 300dpi PDF file (all fonts must be outlined)

Page size - 4.25" (w) x 6" (h)
1/3 PANEL - $1,500.00 4" (w) x 1.875" (h)
2/3 PANEL - $3,000.00 4" (w) x 3.75" (h)
1/2 PANEL - $2.250.00 4" (w) x 2.8" (h)
FULL PANEL - $4,500.00 - (Inside Front/Back Covers - $6,000.00 & Outside Back Cover $7,000.00) Website links included in price. 4" (w) x 5.75" (h) - without bleed 4.5" (w) x 6.25" (h) - this includes a 1/8" bleed

If required, ads can be prepared at a very reasonable cost and any ad produced by "What's on…'s" graphic designer Carlene Weekes-Harrylal can only be used for this publication. If you would like to use it for any other purpose/publication you will need to contact her for permission/additional payment.
